Shipping Policy
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

•Downloadable software
•Some health and personal care items
•Perishable goods
•Intimate or sanitary products
•Hazardous materials or flammable items
Required Documentation
A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to process your return. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer unless directed by our support team.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank or credit card account for pending transactions.
2 . Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us directly for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us, and we will provide further instructions.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to them.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Trinity Global USA is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
